Individual Therapy

Individual therapy focuses on changes an individual can make independently in order to reach their goals for change.  The focus for therapy will be determined together by an initial assessment of the problem and goal setting.  With the focus on one on one support and action-oriented insights, individuals can make large impacts in their lives and in their relationships by gaining new perspective that can shift old thinking and behavior.  It is through these shifts in thinking and behavior that a new path can be revealed, one towards more harmony and joy.  

It is thru harnessing the opportunity to gain new insights and prospectives in any uncomfortable situation that we can create meaningful change.
